This is a very beautiful fabric; mid 19th century and never used. It was still on the wooden roll when I bought it. It is only 25.5 inches wide, as fabric used to be.
It was made by Thomas Clarkson & co of Bannister Hall, Lancs.
Heavily glazed cotton, and very crisp, it is a 'Roses and Ribbons' design. The colours are very vivid.
There are a few very faint marks, due to age, but they really barely notice.
The pattern repeat is 40 inches.

This is being sold by the metre length. There is a 3 metre length at present.
I will send this on a roll to prevent creasing.
